"I used to spend hours in high school, drawing Elvira Mistress of the Dark and other busty Heavy Metal magazine style rocker chicks with swords on the desks with our #2 pencils."

Sean Earley was born in Ohio and grew up in Seattle Washington. He splits his time working as a marketing consultant, author, designer and more recently, added pin-up artist to his many titles.

After spending his younger years as a professional musician, in 1999, he started a design career by checking out a box of VCR tapes on Photoshop, and a week later, launched a successful adult design business. He quickly built up a large clientele of famous porn stars, adult producers, fetish models, escorts, rock stars and dominatrixes, eventually earning the reputation as the "go-to" guy in the adult industry for edgy, erotic, fetish oriented design.

I've been drawing pinups in some shape or form for as long as I can remember

"At some point, after working for so many major clients over the years, designing cool, sexy stuff for them, I started to realize that I needed to step back, get some perspective and focus on doing more art for myself for a change. Pin-up art just seemed like a natural progression for me. It was something I had always wanted to do but never took the time because of my work, so I decided to dig in and I love it."

His work is a contemporary mix of traditional vintage pin-up, scifi/fantasy and street art. He gets his inspiration from the classic pin-up masters such as Alberto Vargas, George Petty and Gil Elvgren, as well as Mexican Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos), vintage pulp magazines, erotic, alt/fetish, fantasy and surrealist art, old Playboys and, of course, over 12 years of working with adult clients, porn stars and erotic content.

He works primarily in digital, creating his basic figures in 3D with a program called Poser, then painting them in Photoshop.
